Mike,
Please review in configuration (SPRO) the following naviagation path
SPRO, Materials Management, Consumption Based Planning, Plant Parameters, Carry Out Overall Maintenance Of Plant Parameters
Execute by clicking on the clock,
Click on Maintain 'button',
Enter your plant and click maintain,
click on available stocks
This should get you to where you need for review of what inventories are available and what are not

When we move material to stock category S, it does not show as available stock. We need to be able to have that as part of available stock just like unrestricted.
