Yes it can. But you need to first install system of operation and have a working plan for purchase management,inventory policy, and production schedule.Please plan to have no stock at the end of the day. SAP or any ERP can help you to achieve that status.ERP on its own is of no use unless you are able to have a an integrated purchase plan. Initially accept the formats available in SAP or any other ERP. That will reduce your success time. The objective should be to reduce cost. Dr A.Chakravartty
