Subject: Expected result for MR11

Hi All,
We have a new Prod. From the old Prod, we uploaded open items. Now we have open POs that were re-created and GRed was process but no MIRO since it was done in old Prod already. We did MR11 to some of these items and result as follows:
Sample 1:
Ticked: delivery and Invoice surplus and GR/IR clearing account & Delivery cost accounts

PO for clearing was fully GRed and delivered but no invoice.
Result was the value was deducted from the cost of sales

Sample 2
This time we ticked same except for delivery cost accounts

PO for clearing was fully GRed and delivered but no invoice.
Result was the value was deducted from the cost of sales

PO for clearing was fully GRed but not delivered and invoiced.
The value of inventory became zero.

Are above the expected results? For sample 1, value should not be deducted. For sample 2, we think amount should not be zero out.

Appreciate so much your help on this.

Thank you.

Here business want that when they change the Target Qantity and Net Price, Release process should be triggered.

I know CEKKO-GNETW read the value from Taget Value at header level.
How can I realize the business requirement?

Subject: Change Queue in Mobile data entry

Hi expert,

i have problem to change queue in RF login inside mobile data entry. For example i have 3 user here; A, B, and C..when i start the service in http://phoenix.abc.int:50000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zmde1/?sap-client=120&sap-language=EN it directly use user A as default user. When i click back button to change queue and user it would not allowed me to do so..i only can change the screen size. Most of the time when i click back button it stated that "user A has been logon to client 120"

May I know how to change the queue so the other user can use the same link with different user name?

Thanks

RE: [sap-log-mm] How to see the reservation operation log?

I don't think SAP stores the change documents for reservation. Unlike PR, PO, etc., Reservation is a sort of temporary document, which you can even delete.

Satish.

Hi experts,

I have the following issue with my customer, so can anybody suggest some resolution to it.

We want to derive shipping point 5668 when specifying storage location 0101 on an STO for vendor P0413. This requires configuration for STO's between storage locations. Please refer to Tim Mccalley for any needed clarification.

Shakti

Dear expert,

During entering the count of a physical inventory which has date 31.12.2010, I forgot to enter the count of a material. Please notice that this physical inventory slip has 50 materials, for the others the count are entered and the differences are post. Now I have to move the material which count has not been entered in a different storage location.

I cannot enter the quantity now because the posting period December is closed in MM.

What can I do?

RE: [sap-log-mm] SAP MM Contract Release Strategy: Special Requirement

There may be different methods.

One is, you can use a release indicator which will trigger release in case of any change, not only a change in release relevant fields.

In another case, we have used a BAdI to update target value field with the total of value of individual line items. Thus if a line item is changed, target value changes. But this may have some lacuna, like if one item value increases and other item value reduces by the same amount, target value does not change.

Regards,

Satish.
