[sap-log-sd] Credit check functionality

Posted by suryachakka

Hi Experts,

My client has a scenario in regards to the credit check. During the sales order creation the sales order need to be classified as "Cash sale - in case if the dealer pays the invoice amount in advance" or Credit sales - he would like to utilize his credit.

In case of cash sale, the dealer will avail 10% of cash discount. where as in case of credit sales he cannot avail the cash discount. During cash sale -finance department will validate whether the cash paid in advance had been realised or not. once it is realised then only it should allow to proceed further. However in case of credit sale the block of the sales order should not happen if the dealer has sufficient credit.

We are planning to provide a workflow approval process in case of cash sale. However i am stuck with differentiating the sales order by cash sale or credit sale. The business does not want to use the separate sales document type. The requirement needs to be fulfilled using only one sales document type.

Can it be fulfilled by payment guarantee procedure if yes, how? and also kindly provide your thought process as soon as possible.

Thank you very much.

Sanjeev.

Hi,

MM06 is the thwy in which you will flag a material for deletion, to understand this particular transaction in real time its important.

When the company wants to stop the production it will flag the deletion of the product, secondly the error has to defined by the ABAP person. so that there is no more sales order or PO is issued any more , however the pending PO or sales order has to be fulfilled. MB 52 is a stock report, it is also when you fulfill these you can delete the material by using MM70 is used for deletion of material and MM 71 is used to deletion of the info record as result of which the material cannot be used any more.

By using Transaction code MM02 the material is flagged for deletion and during normal operation,it is not available for transactions.

However if there is any old history of material like old open PR or Po it is possible to force enter transaction
How you really make the item ineffective?

Can anybody throw light on this

Sharad

The impact will be equivalent to transactions which have taken between the two dates
I am sure this will resolve your problem

Hi,

If the contract is invalid, SAP will populate the standard message. Therefore, all you should do is to turn this message into error status.

Cheers,
HT

Hi All,

I would like to put a check in system if validity of contract expires, then system should automatically lock the PO or PO cannot be processed.

We have found few cases where contract validity expired and GR (Mvt-101) took place and material was inwarded.

Regards,
Prem

RE:[sap-log-mm] Turning off transporting for OX09 Storage Location Updates

Hi,

Won't it be more logical to use MEAN transaction to define the delivery address and let end user select during PO creation?

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Turning off transporting for OX09 Storage Location Updates

We would like to be able to make storage location address changes (OX09) directly in PROD without having to transport. Is it possible to turn off the transport for this transaction? We have done this for OME4 and OMJ2 but I can't find how to do it for OX09.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear,

It is also important to remove the records manually from info record, POs,
PRs, reservation etc for successful deletion of the material.

when stock posting happened and hit PNL will show different stock status
and
when u will post variance will show different stock status.

To have net effect result, see the stock after 31 end of month (variance
posting date).
