Thanks Mathew, you are correct, the problem in Characteristics Values, when ever the PO Value is same as value mentioned in characteristics values then I can see release strategy on Release PO (ME29n),
But how to configure Values =>1000, unable to enter this, it is saying not a numeric value.

I want to configure Release strategy for Value equal or Above 1000/-, please let me know on this.

Thanks
Srikanth

RE:[sap-log-mm] How to Share Layouts for Monthly Reporting

Hi,
As SAP end users usually during Save layout have only option to save User specific layout. This layout is visible to you as end user only. You have to ask your super user or IT dpt who have authorization right to save also layouts which are not user specific and visible to all users. Then decide whether your layout should be default one or your colleagues will select it from Choose layout menu under layout name.
Hope it helps.

Subject: How to Share Layouts for Monthly Reporting

Hi all,

I am working as a SAP end user and a total of six members are reporting to me.

Right now we are using the SAP ECC6.0 version. I have created some layouts
for monthly reporting purpose.

For example: One Layout (FBL1L-ALL Currencies). Now I want to share the
layout to my six team members. How to share the layouts.

Your help is much appreciated.

Could you please provide me path so that we can share it easily?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you all for your time and responses, I tried many ways but still cannot see Release strategy for PO release (Document type : NB) used in release strategy with relevant purchase ORG and Puch Grp.

I have done Characteristics, Class, Release Grp, Code and Indicator in the configuration side, and in simulation it is perfect, but cannot see in PO release time (ME29N).

I think somewhere missed some configuration step, but not sure.

If possible can you please let me know which step I am missing or where exactly I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
Srikanth

Dear Srikanth,
Please check your PO related to release strategy conditions. Then if it satisfies it can release both ME29N and ME28.
If no please explain briefly.
Venkat

Dear Kumar,
First execute the report in which ever transaction you need. Save it as layout in Settings-layout. Then set it as default in Settings-layout-administration by clicking the pencil icon. Then whenever the report is executed it will the default for all users.

Mathew

Hi,

If you referring to the same report being used by different team members
using different parameters, then you could consider the option of creating
different variants (each with a different variant name). Each user can
call for a specific variant of the same report, execute it
to get an output relating to parameters pre-determined.

Hi,
Also check that the release strategy has no conflict or inconsistency with other PO strategies that already exist.

Cheers,
