RE:[sap-log-mm] Authorizations for Movement Types

Reply from ha_tran on Mar 18 at 12:41 AM
Hi soumitra1965,

What you should do is to post your inquiry into a new thread as your question has nothing to do with the original inquiry.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Authorizations for Movement Types

Hello Guys,
I am looking for some type of authorizations for movement types. I would like users to be allowed to use particular movement types only. For example, a person who does goods receiving should be granted an access to movement type 101 and nothing else. It's just an example but the idea is to restrict users to particular movement types.

Please let me know,

Alex

RE:[sap-log-mm] Transport/Request associated with OX09 Changes

Reply from ha_tran on Mar 18 at 12:41 AM
Hi Idrabefi,

When you configured your storage location address in development client, SAP will always ask you to save it through the transport request. The transport of your request will be done through Basis team (of course, you can use SCC1 to copy your transport to other development clients). All you should do, therefore, is to ask your Basis team to transport your transport request to other clients (QA and PRD).

Cheers,
HT

PO delivery addresses are problematic due to storage location maintenance which was configured via t-code OX09. To resolve, transport/request is needed. How can this be obtained? I've tried SE10 and V_TWLAD, VC_T001L, and TWLAD with no success. How can transport/request be obtained?

Hi thallurisap,

With very limited information, we are unable to help identify the root cause of your current system problem. How did you set up your Goods issue slip message type?. There are several steps to be carried out to print out the Goods issue slip.

Cheers,
HT

RE:[sap-log-mm] Printing Delivery Note for Stock Transfer

Subject: Printing Delivery Note for Stock Transfer

Hello Guys,

We need to be able to print delivery note when we transfer goods between locations. Our locations are not within the same area and we need sometimes to transfer materials by truck.
We would like to use two step transfer – movement types: 313 and 315. The only problem we don't have any delivery note or packing slip document. We tried to use MIGO and MB1B and in both cases the "Print" flag was checked but nothing was printed.

I also tried to use one step transfer – movement type 311 and nothing was printed either.
I tried to use different types of documents (individual slip, Collective slip, etc) but it did not help.

Is it possible to print delivery note for that type of process? Of course we can use a regular outbound delivery but it's just too complex for this scenario.

Thanks,

Alex

VidhyaDhar you're becoming an MM export too! To add think about what happens when you go shopping and you see production date and expiry date and then look at a batch in SAP via MSC2N.

Waza
