T-code MC42 should do what you want. You might be interested in the following related MM management reports.

MC40 INVCO: ABC Analysis of Usage Values
MC41 INVCO: ABC Analysis of Reqmt Values
MC42 INVCO: Range of Coverage by Usg.Val.
MC43 INVCO: Range Of Coverage By Reqmts
MC44 INVCO:Analysis of Inventory Turnover
MC45 INVCO: Analysis of Usage Values
MC46 INVCO: Analysis of Slow-Moving Items
MC47 INVCO: Analysis of Reqmt Values
MC48 INVCO: Anal. of Current Stock Values
MC49 INVCO: Mean Stock Values

Selection across all the above is typically by Plant, material, material type, material group, purchasing group, MRP type, MRP controller, etc., depending on which selection criteria are pertinent to the application.

What SAP transaction can be used to view consolidated days cover of inventory on hand, ie. by material group and plant .

MD07 does not provide a consolidated view i.e. it can only be assessed per plant, I need a report such as this, but viewing all plants at once
