Hi Alex,

You would not be able to delete a PR through t-code MEMASSRQ as that field is not available in it. You can do a mass deletion through LSMW or SCAT.

Hello Guys,

I am trying to find a maintenance program to set "closed" flag or delete old/not relevant purchase requisitions.
I found one maintenance program for purchase requisitions (MEMASSRQ) but this program does not allow setting "closed" flag.

Is there any other program that can do this?

I would also like to delete/archive purchase requisitions that their quantities were fully converted to purchase orders. Not sure how it can be done.
