Dear All,

The PO qty : 500 no's, over delivery tolerance is 10%,

The vendor has supplied 530 no's, and gr is also made for 530 no's based on over delivery tolerance limit.

The Po is automatically closed.

again the vendor is supplied 20no's based on the over delivery tolerance for the same po.

kindly suggest to receive the extra 20no's supplied.

The over delivery tolerance is only available until a quantity equal to or greater than the original requested quantity has been received. Once you receive enough to satisfy the original amount the system does not consider the item open anymore and won't let you receive even though you have not met or exceeded to over delivery allowable amount.
