Hi Sre, SAP offers you a standard solution for this. In the BOM (see CS02) you have the opportunity to define the BOM usage. In this case you want to have A, B and C "kitted" together in one sales order so it will end up in one outboud delivery. A,B and C will have have BOM usage 1 (Production) so you have to define M2 as BOM usage 5 (Sales and Distribution) and put A,B and C into this BOM. Please make sure that you also have you planning tab's in the material master are set ok to have this working. Succes, Toon

We need to combine these ship-a-head products A,B,C as one product M2 (thinking of a BOM) and ship that M2 to customer before M1 is shipped. In that case what could be the material type for product M2 so that MRP won't create any Production orders for M2. Also wondering Is there any other way, other than creating a BOM that could combine products A,B and C and ship to customer a-head of time. Thanks, Sre | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
