Hello together,
I'm striving to find the better way to calculate the parameters for some materials set to V1, and there is something that's not very clear for me. I will begin by trying to clarify for my knowledge 2 very used therms:
- by Independent Requirement - we understand for example a production order already converted and that for example in MD04 appears like "Order Reservation" ?
- what about the Dependent Requirement - by this term do we understand for example a planned order that was not yet converted into production order ?

If my understanding about these 2 terms is good, can somebody explain me:
- When it calculates if a procurement proposal it's needed for a material set to V1, does the MRP consider both, Independent and Dependent requirements, or it considers only the Independent requirements (order reservations coming from the production orders), and takes in calculation the dependent requirements only after these ones are converted into production orders?
