Yes it can. But you need to first install system of operation and have a working plan for purchase management,inventory policy, and production schedule.Please plan to have no stock at the end of the day. SAP or any ERP can help you to achieve that status.ERP on its own is of no use unless you are able to have a an integrated purchase plan. Initially accept the formats available in SAP or any other ERP. That will reduce your success time. The objective should be to reduce cost.

Hi Expert,

I have a requirement to set up annual procurement plans for my client such that we consolidate annual requirements into PR and then monitor the progress. However the delivery dates are staggered quarterly so that we can monitor departmental requirements in different stages of procurement stages. Does SAP have a tool we can use to meet that requirement and generate periodical reports?
