Dear All,

I found the reason and solved the problem. The reason is missing Z* purchase req type for external procurement. I defined it from tcode OMDT and now it works fine

I have a material in stock 2 units. I have defined a reorder point 5, mrp type is VB, fixed order quantity of 5 units

Then run mrp , I can see the purchase requisition created by mrp in the mrp list but it cannot be saved.

Does anybody have idea on this ?
