You need to change your lot size PK in configuration. Transaction OMI4, change the scheduling indicator from blank to your requirement.

MRP will calculate a rescheduling date on a purchase order or fixed purchase req depending on the requirements.

However the date calculated does not take into account the planning calendar / planning cycle that has been allocated to the material in material master.

For example,
A material could have a planning calendar set to it, to allow the delivery date on the PO to fall on Tuesdays.

MRP could calculate the 'rescheduling in' date to be 25.05.2011 (Wednesday) yet if the planning calendar was taken into account it should read 24.05.2011 (Tuesday).

Is there a SAP solution to allow MRP to take planning calendars into account when calculating the reschedule date.
