But actually I need to create a new tab in MIGO, which will contain the text item. with read_text method i would achieve this but still unable to find " how to create a new tab in MIGO".

Hi,

Why don't you use the GR item long text?. SAP does provide the standard user exit to copy the PO item short text description into this GR item long text during GR posting with reference to that particular PO line item.
