Hi,
The archiving object MM_EBAN will flag the requisitions for deletion when they reach the residence time you can set in the archiving object. Then when they reach the second residence time they can be archived and removed from the live SAP database. You do not need to manually flag the requisitions before archiving them.

Subject: Mass Deletion of Purchase Requisitions

Hello Guys,

I am trying to find a maintenance program to set "closed" flag or delete old/not relevant purchase requisitions.
I found one maintenance program for purchase requisitions (MEMASSRQ) but this program does not allow setting "closed" flag.

Is there any other program that can do this?

I would also like to delete/archive purchase requisitions that their quantities were fully converted to purchase orders. Not sure how it can be done.

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Alex
