Hi Rob,

SAP provides the standard MBGR report which allows end users to view the list of material documents with reason for movement. Therefore, if the client decides to remove some custom reasons for movement via configuration change, then this will result in the fact this report does not function as expected.

I have a business request to remove a set of reason codes that were duplicated during a project. I know they have been used but I don't know the implications if we would go through with this request to delete them. I have proposed the following solution of changing the description to "DO NOT USE" but they want further risk assessment of completely removing them. Any ideas or suggestions?
