Hi Wayne,

It was very surprised that only a partial SES was revoked as the system will always revoke the SES acceptance for the entire SES. What are the total GR and IR in the PO history you have seen in your PO? Are they completely matching?

I have a user that entered a service entry sheet against a PO for service that had already been paid for on a prior PO. When the user was notified, she went and changes some the Tax information on the Service Entry Sheet and then marked the item for deletion. Because of this change, the system only reversed a portion of the Service Entry Sheet. There is a remaining balance on the PO from the transaction that needs to be reversed as well. Can someone please tell me the steps that need to be done in order to correct this error?
