NDC code maintained in the 'CAP Prod list No' field of the material master of foreign Trade export View of the Material Master.

Is there a best practice for entering the NDC number for pharmaceutical drugs in the SAP material master? I have numerous reports with individual requirements for NDC code related to dstributed materials and we must develop a link between the material master and the NDC.

Any suggestions on field location for NDC in SAP MMR?
