Hi,
You have hit on one of the types of data which allows either deletion (where it has gone forever) or archiving (where you can see it at a later date if required). You need to decide whether or not the data may be needed for inquiry in the future e.g. for legal reasons / quality / recall / financial etc before deciding whether to delete or archive.
