Why do you use a delimiter? I have had the same issue with description variants, but have never used a delimiter.

When I create article variants in the article master (MM41), SAP assigns the description automatically using the generic article description plus variant info separated by COMMAS. The commas create a problem in downloads to Excel. How can I use another delimiter instead of the comma when SAP creates the variant article description? Thanks!
