Thanks for your replies.

We conduct P.I. in I.M, and It is not related with an inventory count. One of the warehouse guy realized the situation and informed me. I have solved the problem in a different way. I have relevant department open a work order, and I have done 262 movement from this work order. So I would be able to add missing physical quantities into the system, and level up the system inventory to the physical inventory. When I am doing this, I get these parts in our inventory with the same unit value of existing ones in the system.

Subject: Phsyical Inventory is More than the Quantity in the System

Hi all,

We have realized that some of our parts quantity is more than the quantity in the system. For example in sap it seems we have 4 fuses of a certain type, but actually we have 7 of them in our warehouse. What kind a movement type should I do? I need to make physical inventory and system inventory same, looking forward your help.

Thanks in advance.
