Hi Abhijit,

Please inform the customer this scenario is possible, however it is not advisable because, if you configure then for every line item of the PO system will go and check the stock. Let's say if PO or PR have 100 line items then system will show the stock for 100 line items and every time user will have to press F3. This will be a tedious task

Actually, there`s custom item subscreen in PR/PO logically it can fulfill your requirements, but performance will be the key point.
