[sap-log-mm] Expert Option Missing under Options

When I try to activate the display of UD/NB for example in the PO type I go to Options and here I normally would find a menu called "Expert" where I can activate/de-activate this functionality.

However, when I try I end up in a box where I can switch themes?

Can anyone help me?
