Hi,
Changes made to a material master record can be seen thru MM04 . Its gives you old value as well as the new values with date,time and Logind ID of the person who has changed it.
For reverting back to the old values ,again you have to use MM02 or you can use MM17 for bulk changes.

You can't undo any change you made to both material and customer master records. The only solution is to change them back to the original values using the same transactions you used at first (i.e. MM02 transaction for material master, for instance).
