[sap-log-mm] Override Goods Receiving Hours in Delivery ATP

We are using customer goods receiving hours for informational purposes only. However we are seeing that the receiving hours are included during Delivery ATP and can force the ATP date to be pushed out. Is there anyway to bypass this so that the hours just are there for reporting?
