Hi,

In SPRO: Go to Mat. Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions. Check there various steps, e.g. "Define Schema Determination" with a.o. the possibility for standard PO's. Check with tx OMG8 which tables can be used in various steps and for various Cond. Types, create Access Sequences, Cond. Types, Calculation Schemas etc.
Conditions can be maintained with tx MEK3.
Cond. Table can be created and maintained with tx M/05.
