:) Thanks! But the problem is not that one. This transaction shouldn't permit this kind of error. Of course user can use MMAM but this is not the solution.

I created an article via WRFMATCOPY and I use a source material with a different type from the target material. I insert the material type of the target material in the right field. Both material types has specific internal number assignment. At the end the result is a new article with right number assignment but with the material type of the source article and not the one that I insert in the field. Do you have any idea of how to handle this problem?
