Every T-code that ends with a "n" is a newer version of the original one.It may contain more details/infos comparing with the first one,but its functionality remains the same.However,it is recommended to use the newer version as it is like an "upgrade" of the "original" one.

Can anyone help me in understanding the difference between ME21 and MEPO SAP Transaction code. I understand that both are for creating Purchase Order however not able to differentiate.
