[sap-log-mm] What is the difference in SAP Transaction code ME21 & ME21N ?

Hi

Can anyone help me in understanding the difference between ME21 and MEPO SAP Transaction code. I understand that both are for creating Purchase Order however not able to differentiate.

Any help is appreciated.
