Absolutely right Chandra. We are all looking forward to useful inputs from process perspective.
All the same, if the person raising an issue has some technical queries, these too need to be clarified.

We should always look at the issue from the process perspective first and understand the requirement rather than put the technical issue on the front.
Once the process requirements are clear the technical solution should be found with the least enhancements as mentioned by HT
