Edid4 is the table with the data in it, you might want to change your display width as sometimes you cannot see all the data, I suggest changing your user parameters to ALV Grid with optimised field width and only view IDOC number and the data field

generally idoc tables are,
a. EDIDC(Control record (IDoc))
b. EDIDO(Value table for IDoc types)
c. EDIDS(Status Record (IDOC))
