[sap-log-mm] Issue with MDO1 not changing MD05 Purchase requirements

Hi,

The problem is basically as follows.

We have one plant with multiple storage locations all set as MRP Areas in their own right.

External Procurement is carried out through storage location 1 and replenishment for all the other storage locations is done by a Stock Transfer 311 from SL1 to SLxx.

All Storage locations are set with MRP type V1 with variable re-order points.

When MD01 is run it is working to a degree and taking the replenishments into consideration to maintain the re-order points through a Purchase requisition on Storage Location 1 and Transfer requirements to SLxx.

The problems start when the SLXX's create reservations and issue to these reservations, the first one appears to get picked up but additional ones are visible on SLxx but not on MD05 SL1 directly but are if you click into the detail. The main problem is that the Purchase requirement quantity is not being increased to include the addition requirement from SLXX.

I assumed correctly they were not maintaing Planning entry files which they were not, so when you run MD02 it works correctly and if you run MD20 and then MD01 it works correctly and if you make any change to the material master and run MD01 again it works correctly.

I have run MDAD repeatedly to no avail originally, but have now managed to populate table DBVM there is nothing in MDVM.

The problem now is that neither of the Net change indicator columns are set with an 'X' i.e Active.

I've tried running SE38 for RMMDVM20 and 10 and RMDATIND but to no avail.

Everything appears right in Config and the Material Masters.

Any ideas please?
