[sap-log-mm] No budget type found for material _ and date __

Hi there,
This is quite strange, but I'll give it a shot: I have an IDES system (Retail), and when I execute follow-on docs on an allocation table I get the following error message (in Vendor PO Creation): "No budget type found for material xxx and date yyyyy". I'm not running OTB, neither I set up seasonal procurement as default follow-on processing for PO creation.

Any suggestion on what I should be looking into?
