Thanks for your reply. Actually we have 7-8 separate teams for purchasing, we have restricted the authorization based on Document Type in PO ( EKKO-BSART ). So all users have required Object authorization as well as Change (02 ) & display . (03 ) .

Is any other option available to block the same?

Ask your basis Team to restrict the PO Object and activity to 03 only.

If they do like this , when user to try go to change PO using ME53n system will tell him no selectable items found.
