| Rants and Rumbles for SAP TechEd
SAP Mentor and mega-contributor Michelle Crapo recently ranted against SAP professionals who say, "I already know everything to do my job, and do it well … I don't need to learn anything more."
Michelle provides lots of compelling reasons why this might not be your best career strategy. Besides, she says, learning new stuff is exciting. "That's what keeps me going every day." Michelle feels strongly that "SAP TechEd is THE EVENT … for anyone who wants to learn about SAP."
Indeed, most of SDN Community's hottest topic areas are there. Look inside the SAP TechEd Session Catalog. Whole tracks and sub-tracks include Mobile enablement, In-memory database, cloud computing and tools for developing cloud apps. Once again, SAP TechEd is a great opportunity to dig in, learn, and expand your knowledge. Mentor and Platinum contributor Tammy Powlas shares the enthusiasm in her recent blog, "It's not about marketing." Be sure to watch the video and find out why Tammy "simply can't wait" to attend SAP TechEd Las Vegas.
The upcoming SAP TechEd's are truly learning playgrounds where you can meet experts like Michelle and Tammy, share your stories and experiences, and learn new stuff.
Sincerely,
Keith Elliott Editor-in-Chief
