These are part of the ECC6.0 EHP4 functionality . It allows you to show the material in transit to the subcontracting in case the subcontractor is across very large distances.

Can you rephrase your inquiry?. ME2ON is the transaction in support for subcontract process where 541 movement type is used in background upon GI posting. What exactly did you refer to 30 C and 30 A?
