The over delivery tolerance is only available until a quantity equal to or greater than the original requested quantity has been received. Once you receive enough to satisfy the original amount the system does not consider the item open anymore and won't let you receive even though you have not met or exceeded to over delivery allowable amount.

Hi All,

While creating purchase order I mentioned over-delivery tolerance up to 10 %.
I want to ask, is this tolerance over PO quantity or PO balance quantity.

As quantity is completed through GRN that was 40,000KG for a material,
but now system does not allow for another GRN.

Is there any solution?
