Hi MM Guys,

We have a scenario in our environment, the S/w Licence fee which is payable
every 3 months. Since the amount is quite high, the actual quaterly fee is
accrued every month to smoothen the effect in the books.

When we create PO, is it possible to assigin accrual account (instead of the
usual expense code) in the account assignment column? So that, during the
Goods receipt the accrual account will be reversed.

Otherwise is there any other better way to handle?
