If you performing a Physical Inventory of existing stock, run MB58 for the plant to confirm you have stock to count, if that is what you are doing. Try mio1 (letter O not a zero) to create your Phy Inv docs.mi21 to print, mi04 to enter counts, mi11 to recount, mi07 to clear.

Can you tell me why I'm getting the empty screen like this?

And can you tell me what process I have to follow to calculate the vendor
consignment stock?
