Hi

What you should do is simply use Transaction MIGO with movement type 102. This will reduce partially the quantity of finished products and therefore, increase the quantity of BOM component items. The costs of transportation or 'dismantle' of your product can be settled via the creation of new PO (for services).

I think you can go with std. subcontracting. List the components received
by the subcontractor as by products (-quantity) in BOM. Before you should
make material master for the components (L in MRP2 view), inforecods with
subcontracting material. Issuing mvt type 541 and receiving mvt 543.
