Thank you and I can see SHD0 is the transaction I probably need but have not been able to get it to work for me. When I call transaction MM01 it allows me to define data etc.. but I need only the purchasing view to contain default values for 2 fields. I have yet to figure out how to make this transaction do this. I have entered the program name and screen number still with no luck. Can you offer any additional information on how to define a variant for only the purchasing tab within MM01 and for only 2 fields within that screen?

I have a request to add an automatic default to 2 fields on the Purchasing View. Quota Arr. usage and JIT schedule. indicator. These 2 fields do not have PIDS associated and the config is only adding an entry to table. I do not see anyway of defaulting values for specific plant. Wanted to ensure I was correct in saying this cannot be done until I asked the experts!
