Dear,Existing material masters you have to add purchasing view through LSMW only and use the Screen variant SHDO to default for purchasing for T code MM01. But instead of restricting MM01 you can also use another tcode like MMB1 Semi finish goods material master creation,MMF1 Finish goods material master creation etc.
