Gentlemen,

with some tricks it's easy to reach 100 bins a day with one counter.
You can create counting lists and count them by using li01n and if you count always the bins with few pieces ( the theory is that every bin has a minimum stock at a certain point). By doing that you can optimise the process.

I have been working on SAP in the inventory space for the past 5 years and have moved from vendor counts to BMC counts to consumption counts, the latter being more effective. Maybe I can help you in future, as we have some Pharma articles we manage in a montly cycle - excluded from the normal counting cycle.
