[sap-log-mm] ME062 Error During RFQ

hi Friends,
Can you please advice as how to solve this error :
[1] During purchase requisition ME51N,
am getting an error of " Account Assignment Mandatory for material "xyz" [ enter.acc.cat] message No. Me062.
[2] During Creating RFQ - ME41-Create
am getting an error " Company Code not assigned to Country OR Country to Calculation Procedure "
please advice
