[sap-log-mm] Avoid Duplicate Asset Number in PR Creation

Hi Experts,

At the Time of PR Creation for Asset Purchase, we have to avoid Duplicate asset number. If PR has already been created with the same asset number we have to raise an error to the user saying the PR has already been created with this asset number. Can anyone provide me the solution for this??
