Can you give the error message number, also it might have something to do with the packing profile in OVHU2 transaction.

Client wants to use non-assigned Handling Units. I can pack the HU, but get message: packing qty zero was not processed. Both the HU number and the material item are selected when I try to unpack.

I have plenty of experience with HU mgmt for inbound / outbound documents, but never with non-assigned HUs. Help!
