RE:[sap-log-mm] SAP Purchase Orders and Release Date

Ok. Great. That answers my question. It is best to create a PR with a lead date that will turn into a requisition. My question was based on some business units at my company where they create a PO today for instance and they want to keep it not released for a period of time in order to add more lines to the order and then release it (specially when asking for uniforms from a group of people into one single PO and the workers have a week to reply with their requests)

Can they be created with a future "Release by" date? If so, what would be the table and field to accommodate such information? I remember BHP Billiton Installed something like this in Latin America but I have not the contacts anymore to ask them.
