At first you have to differ among purchasing documents (contracts, POs), requisitions and Sales orders.
I do not think that SAP standard purchasing reports have Created by in the output. You have to design your own report or you have to modify structure MEREP_OUTTAB_PURCHDOC-search the forum for exact guidance. It was answered several times. This will add Created by field into output of ME2N (and other purchase orders list reports). We added Created by and other fields there. For requisitions and sales orders please use same approach.
Or if your company uses SAP BW it is much easier to do reports there. Since Created by is normally in data extracted from SAP and send to BW.
