What is of your particular business scenario?. Why would you like SAP to use the same currency to determine release strategy for your PR with JPY currency?

A purchase req was created fro 3,200,000 JPY and is converting to $410.24 instead of $41,024.00 so no release strategy invokes (our release strategy starts when amount is > $2000.00).
Is there a way for the system to look at 3,200,000 instead of the 32,000.00 that is stored in EBAN?
